INDIVIDUAL YOGA PRIVATES

Yoga Therapy

What is an Individual Yoga Private ?

Individual Yoga Private is a personalized approach that integrates traditional yoga practices such as physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, and mindfulness to address specific health concerns and promote overall well-being. Unlike general yoga classes, yoga privte tailors these elements to meet the unique needs of individuals, aiming to support healing and personal growth.

I bring a personalized, trauma-informed approach to support your well-being through active asana, foundational yoga practices, breath work, and mindfulness. These sessions are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while creating a deeper connection to your body in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, we will focus on movement and breath allowing you to deepen the connection and understanding to yourself.

With my background as a trauma-informed yoga teacher and mental health professional, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, blending yoga foundations with practical tools for stress relief, emotional regulation, and nervous system support.
