PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Yoga Therapy

Personalized support to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm

At Interconnected Wellness, private yoga sessions are an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and receive guidance that’s entirely attuned to you. These one-on-one experiences are grounded in somatic awareness, nervous system support, and a deep respect for where you are today.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your body, seeking emotional regulation, or simply want focused attention on alignment and breath, private yoga sessions offer a space for curiosity, comfort, and growth, without the pressure of a group setting.

With my background as a trauma-informed yoga teacher and mental health professional, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, blending yoga foundations with practical tools for stress relief, emotional regulation, and nervous system support.

Why Choose Private Yoga Sessions?

Unlike public classes, private yoga sessions are centered around your unique goals, energy, and needs. Whether you’re recovering from burnout, navigating pain or injury, or simply craving personalized support, these sessions meet you where you are.

You may be a good fit for private yoga sessions if:

  • You’re new to yoga and want to build confidence before joining a group

  • You’re feeling stressed, anxious, or dysregulated and want nervous system-informed movement

  • You want to deepen your current practice with individualized attention

  • You’re navigating physical limitations or healing from trauma

  • You prefer a quiet, safe space where you’re seen and supported fully
