A space to slow down, reconnect & begin again

September 20-25, 2026

Casa Tara in Mexico

Reset Yoga Retreat

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, to step away from the everyday noise and into a week designed for rest. It’s a space to slow down, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. This is a chance to step out of your normal routine and into a different rhythm, one that gives you space to just be.

When we take time off, we often it fill it with other things. We plan, go and do, sometimes just as much. This retreat is intentionally different.

You are invited to soften your pace, listen to your body and reconnect with yourself in ways that feel natural.

Set on a beautiful beachfront overlooking La Ventana in Baja California, Casa Tara offers a peaceful oceanfront setting where the desert meets the ocean. The environment itself supports a shift into stillness, spaciousness, and a quieter presence so that you can slow down, reconnect and begin again.

What to Expect

Each day offers a gentle rhythm, with space intentionally woven throughout.
We will begin mornings with meditation and yoga to awaken the body and ground down for the day ahead. The evenings will offer a slower practice that will help you unwind from the day.
Throughout the week, we will have a variety of practices offered including: gentle, slow flow, dynamic flow, yin and more. Each class is designed to meet you where you are – you will have options to move, build heat, soften and/or restore.
The in between times are yours.

Spend these times by the pool, walking along the beach, paddle out on the water or simply rest. Casa Tara offers access to oceanfront spaces, paddleboards and also has a wellness spa where you can book a massage or treatment.
We will be offering workshops, some gentle, some more strengthening offering another space to connect and integrate.
This retreat is intentionally spacious allowing you to follow your own rhythm while being supported in this shared experience.
