An Immersive Experience to Ignite Your Fire

May 2–9, 2026 | Earth Lodge, Antigua, Guatemala

Guatemala Yoga Retreat

Welcome to a retreat that invites you not to escape, but to return to yourself, to your truth, to the fire that lives within.

Set on the volcanic slopes outside Antigua, Guatemala, this retreat offers a unique blend of yoga, cultural immersion, nature, and deep renewal. Surrounded by sweeping volcano views, birdsong, and forested hills, you’ll spend 7 days reconnecting to your body, breath, and just being, through daily yoga, guided rituals, nourishing meals, and the warmth of shared experience.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, transition, inspiration, or simply rest, this retreat is designed to help you ignite your inner fire while softening into presence.

This retreat is for you if

You’re feeling a shift stirring inside, something ready to rise or be released

You crave nature, simplicity, and meaningful experiences

You’re ready to move, feel, sweat, laugh, and reconnect

You want more than just a vacation, you want transformation

You’re curious about ritual, culture, and embodiment

You long for both inner fire and deep rest

A Glimpse into the Experience

Each day begins with meditation, breath and movement. Yoga with volcano views and the sound of nature waking up around you. There’s no rush, no pressure, just space to land in your body and listen.

From there the week flows with different styles of yoga and immersive experiences. One day you might be hiking on a volcano feeling your strength and admiring nature. Another, you might experience the quiet of a traditional Temazcal sweat experience.

Some moments will be bold and energizing, while others might be soft, reflective and slow. You’ll have time to journal, nap on a hammock or simply just be in your body without any pressure.

This isn’t just a break from life, it’s a return to a more clearer, steadier and more alive version of you!

 Cultural Immersion & Practices

This retreat is deeply inspired by the land, traditions, and people of Guatemala. We’re honored to include local guides and ceremonial leaders who will offer:

· A traditional fire ceremony: cleansing, setting intentions, and honoring the land

· A Temazcal sweat lodge, rooted in Mesoamerican purification tradition

· A city market visit and chance to support local artisans

· Optional dancing or cultural connection night

These are not add-ons, they included in the experience and are woven into the retreat with intention and respect.

Meet Your Hosts

Leah Harvey

(she/her) RYT200, Reiki Master

I’m a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist with nearly a decade of experience supporting others in coming home to themselves — through movement, energy work, and nourishment.

My classes are dynamic, breath-led, and rooted in presence. I weave in practices that awaken the subtle body and deepen your relationship to your own rhythm and energy. Whether I’m guiding a flow or offering Reiki, my intention is to hold space for deep connection, release, and renewal.

I believe healing is multifaceted, and that retreating together, in nature, in community, is a powerful way to reset and reawaken what’s most essential within us.

Ellie Lucas

(she/her) E-RYT200 RYT500 YACEP

I’m a Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, born and raised in Costa Rica and now rooted in the Pacific Northwest. I teach a range of practices from the softness of yin and gentle to dynamic, strength building flows that invite play, presence, and possibility. I love helping students explore arm balances + inversions in ways that feel accessible and empowering with individualized support and self trust.

My background in mental health and training in trauma-informed, somatic work shapes how I hold space: with care, intuition, and a deep respect for each person’s uniqueness. Whether we’re flowing, resting, or recharging in nature, I’m here to hold space as you reconnect with your body, your breath, and the joy of being fully alive.
